Notice pursuant to Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)
We exclude participation in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG) and have decided not to participate in such a dispute settlement procedure; we are also not obliged to participate in such a dispute settlement procedure.
